Tyler Brickle

Tyler brings to TimeX Capital a distinctive blend of financial, operational, and strategic-advisory experience, positioning him at the intersection of capital strategy and infrastructure execution. As a Principal within the Renewables & Infrastructure team, he focuses on helping clients align project strategy, financial structure, and operational delivery to drive innovation and long-term value creation across energy and infrastructure markets.

Before joining TimeX Capital, Tyler founded and served as Principal of a private real-estate investment firm, where he led the acquisition, underwriting, financing, and asset-management of multifamily and single-family portfolios. He developed and executed investment frameworks that balanced capital efficiency with operational resilience—raising and managing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and private partners.

Earlier in his career, Tyler worked as a Business and Operations Consultant in the healthcare-services sector, where he led performance-improvement and process-design initiatives that enhanced efficiency and profitability. This cross-industry background strengthened his belief that financial strategy and operational design must move in lockstep to achieve sustainable growth.

Tyler holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas (Corporate Finance & Leadership) and a Master of Science in Applied Anthropology from the University of North Texas, where he focused on organizational systems and decision-making behavior. He is currently pursuing FINRA securities licensing to further support TimeX Capital’s regulated advisory and capital-markets activities.

Outside the firm, Tyler serves on the board of the Minnesota State Fair Foundation and the Capital Budget Committee for the Fringe Festival, reflecting his commitment to community engagement and sustainable development.
