Kimberly is apart of TimeX's BioTech & MedTech sector of Healthcare, bringing in over a decade of leadership at the interesection of science, strategy and commercialization. She has built a career guiding life sciences and biotech companies through market entry, strategic growth, and brand positioning—helping translate bold scientific ideas into impactful commercial ventures and is continuing to impact the Healthcare space through her work at TimeX.
She is the Founder of Bloom Bio, a boutique consultancy specializing in technology advisory, commercialization strategy, fractional leadership, and executive coaching for life science companies. Her approach uniquely blends deep scientific expertise with practical business acumen, enabling early-stage and growth-stage innovators to accelerate their impact.

A passionate advocate for leadership development, Kimberly is dedicated to coaching technical founders and underserved entrepreneurs, particularly women in biotech. She also serves as a judge, mentor, and faculty member for the Biotools Innovator Accelerator, the world’s largest accelerator focused exclusively on BioTools, and has held advisory roles across cell therapy, regenerative medicine, and industry associations such as the Association for Women in Science (AWIS).

Kimberly earned her PhD in Biomedical Science from the University of Massachusetts Medical School, where her research focused on immunometabolism and lipid-based delivery systems, including liposome protocols foundational to today’s lipid nanoparticle technologies.
