Dylan Cox is a seasoned investment banker and capital markets strategist with deep expertise across the full spectrum of corporate finance, including capital raising, structured debt and equity, strategic advisory, and intellectual property aggregation and monetization. As Co‑Founder and Managing Partner of TimeX Capital, Dylan leads execution across a range of complex transactions, delivering tailored financial solutions to innovation-led enterprises.

With a track record spanning investment banking, corporate development, and strategic advisory, Dylan has originated and structured deals across venture-backed growth companies and mature enterprises alike. His experience spans primary and secondary transactions, debt placements, M&A advisory, and financial engineering initiatives designed to unlock value from both tangible and intangible assets.

Dylan also provides high-touch advisory services to founders, CEOs, and boards — helping companies assess capital strategy, define financial roadmaps, structure for long-term value creation, and determine how much capital to raise at each stage. He works closely with clients to align capital formation with broader strategic goals, ensuring the right partners, timing, and structures are in place.

At TimeX Capital, Dylan is responsible for spearheading capital initiatives and strategic advisory engagements across the firm’s core verticals — including healthcare, dental, sustainable infrastructure, and digital intelligence. He is also involved in commercialization strategy, supporting clients in turning technical innovation into scalable, investor-ready business models.

Earlier in his career, Dylan held roles in corporate finance and strategic development, including serving as a Corporate Development Executive at SprintRay. He brings a unique blend of financial acumen, operational insight, and sector specialization that informs his ability to deliver value across the capital stack.

Dylan works closely with founders and executive teams to structure capital strategies that drive growth, maximize optionality, and position companies for long-term success.
