In this capacity, Tyler contributes to the firm’s strategic-advisory and capital-solutions initiatives across the energy and infrastructure landscape—bringing a unique combination of financial, operational, and leadership experience.

Tyler’s work centers on helping clients align project strategy, financial structure, and operational execution to accelerate innovation and long-term value creation. His background spans real-asset operations, corporate finance, and performance improvement—providing a strong foundation for advising clients on complex growth and transformation initiatives.

Before joining TimeX Capital, Tyler founded and served as Principal of a private real-estate investment company specializing in the acquisition, structuring, and optimization of multifamily and single-family assets. He oversaw the full investment cycle—sourcing, underwriting, financing, and asset management—while building trusted relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and private capital partners.

Earlier in his career, Tyler worked as a Business and Operations Consultant in the healthcare-services sector, leading performance-improvement and process-design engagements that enhanced efficiency and profitability. This cross-sector perspective reinforced his conviction that sustainable growth requires both sound financial strategy and operational discipline.

Tyler holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas (Corporate Finance & Leadership) and a Master of Science in Applied Anthropology from the University of North Texas, where he focused on organizational systems and decision-making behavior.
