Dr. Errico is a biologist with a background in Immunology and Infectious Disease with over 25 years of industry experience and a proven track record in commercial strategy and execution for life science discovery tools, services, and diagnostics companies, as well as medical devices. She is currently a co-founder, Managing Director & CSO at Apollo Biomedical Solutions LLC.

Dr. Errico began her career in high-throughput, translational, and clinical emerging technology development at Janssen and Sanofi (formerly Aventis) Pharmaceuticals before moving into commercial positions within life science tools and medtech startups. As Managing Partner at Apollo Biomedical Solutions, where Dr. Errico oversees the day-to-day operations of the advisory firm, specializing in market research, strategic planning, operational efficiency, and commercial execution for early-stage life science BioTools MedTech. The firm’s advisory specializes in working with high-risk early-stage companies that have struggled in seed, series A, and B raises due to operations and commercial challenges.

Dr. Errico is a judge, mentor, and faculty for Biotools & Medtech Innovator for Commercial Strategy & Channel Execution, the largest global accelerator in the world solely focused on Medtech and BioTools. Dr. Errico is also a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor for the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA) Vanguard Fund.

Dr. Errico earned a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Psychology from Ramapo College of New Jersey, followed by a Ph.D. in Molecular Biosciences and a certificate in Entrepreneurship from Seton Hall University, as well as recently completing an eMBA in Mindfulness in Leadership from LinkedIn Learning, Sounds True.
